Geoscience Australia and the Australian National Data Service are convening a GeoNetwork Community of Practice which will be held in Canberra.
The first day will include presentations from current users of GeoNetwork, an update on developments in the international community by Simon Pigot, an update on standards and a time to ask questions and discuss issues with implementation on enterprise systems. The second morning will be a practical workshop for people wanting to implement or those who have and have specific questions to ask about their implementation. (If there is sufficient interest, another workshop may be scheduled in the afternoon.) There is no cost to register for this event. A draft agenda will be circulated by 10 March.
